Poker Aces references two aces dealt before theflop. It is the best possible pre-flop hand inholdem Poker. But regardless a good many gamblers find themselves on the wrong end when dealt these cards.
When you’re dealt a set of Aces, you just don’t drop out pre-flop. You are sitting with the best achievable hand at this part of the round. So how do you bet with Poker Aces ? Do you actually go all-in? I’d say no to that.
Remember, you’re attempting to acquire as much money from this strong position. You want to maximise the possibility. Going all-in will simply scare most individuals into dropping out before putting a bet.
If you are in the early spot (first or second to actually bet), you will make a single bet. Anybody with good cards will call, with luck somebody might raise. If someone has made a raise do not hop to re-raise or call, pause for a short while – make them think you’re considering your options and then call.
Following the flop your strategy will be to eliminate anybody that might be able to get a straight or a flush. So I would start to raise aggressively, if you are lucky you will trick one player into believing that you’re faking it.
If you’re in the middle or late position (one of the last to bet) you’ll watch as everyone calls and then raise. Even though you’re sitting with a pair of aces, if you can try to avert a show-down. Guard your hand by forcing others to drop out after the flop. If you don’t drive out your adversaries you risk squandering your hand.
